    Kale, .75 cup, Raw, chopped
    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 5 oz halved
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, fresh, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium halved and sliced
    Cauliflower, raw, 8 flowerets quartered
    Almonds, 2 oz (24 whole kernels) raw, rough chopped
    Zucchini, .75 cup, fresh, quartered then chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves minced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 1 large minced
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    *Lemon Juice, 4 wedge yields
    Dijon Mustard, 2.5 tsp
    White Wine Vinegar, 4.5 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's), 3.5 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
