Joy Bauer's Skinny Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, diced (1 cup)
    3 celery stalks, diced (1 1/2 cups)
    8 cp low-sodium vegetable stock
    1 cp sliced carrots
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 cp chopped green beans, fresh or frozen
    2 cp chopped cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen (1/2 medium head)
    3 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
    Spicy Creole seasoning blend
    2 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    1 Tbsp paprika
    1 tsp black pepper
    ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    ½ tsp thyme
    Italian seasoning blend
    2 tsp dried parsley
    2 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    ½ tsp thyme
    ½ tsp thyme
    ½ tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp sage
