Ingredients

    3/4 lb. Beef Chuck roast cut in 2" cubes
    1 TBS. Olive Oil
    1 tsp. Garlic minced
    1/2 C Onion minced
    1/2 C Celery minced
    1/4 C Green Pepper minced
    1/4 C Carrots minced
    1/2 tsp. Allspice ground
    1 tsp. Thyme fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried
    1/3 C Cider Vinegar
    1/4 C Brown sugar
    1 C Canned diced tomatoes, drained
    1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon Beef Base
    1 1/2 C Beef broth low sodium
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (Can be omitted)
