- 1lbs of Lean Ground Beef (96/4)
Taco Seasoning (I 1/2 used a packet)
1/4 cup of water
Jarred Jalapenos - Your choice I used about 15
3/4 cup of Trader Joe's Chunky Salsa (Or make your own so you can control the sodium, I included my recipe below and it is in this calculations, not the chunky salsa - the calories are a little less with the homemade salsa)
1/2 jar of Queso Cheese Dip (nacho cheese or use shredded)
1/3 cup of Greek Non-fat Plain Yogurt
3 Cups of shredded romaine lettuce
2 servings of Tortilla chips
Optional ingredients:
Scallions on top
Diced Black Olives
Shredded Cheese
Guacamole
Refried , Black or Pinto Beans
Rice
Salsa Recipe, which is in the calculations
2 Large Tomatoes - diced and seeded
1/4 cup onion diced
dash cumin
dash salt & pepper
1/4 Jalapeno - diced small

I Love Taco Salad, So I Made This Layered Salad That Has A Lot Of Flavor. You Can Omit The Lettuce And Tomatoes And Have The Rest Of It As A Dip If You'd Like. In The Picture, My Family Was Going To Be Late For Dinner, So I Didn't Want My Chips To Get
