    Crust Ingredients:

    6 cups King Arthur Bread Flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 Tablespoons yeast
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1 1/2 cup water - hottest possible out of tap


    Filling Mix:
    4 cups part skim ricotta cheese
    4 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    Spices as wanted

Description

Plan To Make The Crust Ahead Of Time By An Hour Or Two. Leave It To Rise. Then, Plan On 20 Minutes Of Work And 40 Minutes Of Cooking. I Make The Dough At Breakfast And The Calazone At Lunch.
