6-10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
.5 cup vegetable broth
5 cups spinach
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pkg. firm tofu
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast (adds a cheesy taste)
1 tsp salt
9x9 pan
