    1⁄3 cup canola oil
    1 tbsp orange zest (see Note)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1⁄2 tsp baking soda
    1⁄2 tsp cinnamon
    1⁄4 tsp salt
    2 cups whole-wheat pastry flour
    For the Icing:
    1 tbsp orange zest (see Note)
    2 tbsp orange juice (see Note)
    1⁄2 cup confectioners’ sugar
