Ingredients
- Lots of ingredients. No prep other than washing and roughly breaking apart or roughly chopping veggies.
Everything should be certified organic if possible.
Feel free to add other spices or herbs as you like.
4 cups pure / charged water
2 celery stalks
1 carrot
1 one inch piece of ginger root with skin
2-3 springs of fresh cilantro (or parsley)
1 ripe tomato
1 red bell pepper (or yellow, green or orange)
1 cucumber
1 clove of garlic
1-2 slices of red onion
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 tsp raw yellow miso
1 tsp raw tahini (or some raw sesame seeds)
1 tbsp live oil such as flax (live oils are kept in the fridge) (or substitute extra virgin olive oil)
