    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed
    Light Coconut Milk, 14 oz
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    Halibut (fish), 8 oz
    Flour 2Tbsp

Lightly Battered And 'fried' Halibut Swimming In A Delicious Thai Sauce. Serve Over Basmati Or Jasmine Rice And Add Lime/lemongrass For Garnish.
