1 cup dried red kidney beans, uncooked
(cook til tender)
One 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes with
basil and garlic
1 bay leaf, whole
1 cup Lemon Grass & Ginger Jasmine rice, uncooked
Hot sauce to taste
