Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup rye, spelt, kamut or other heart flake (I use Kashi 7 Grain)
    1/2 cup cracked flaxseed
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup bran
    4 tbsp. sunflower seeds (raw, unsalted)
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup slivered almonds (raw, unsalted)
    4 tblp. honey (raw, organic)
    2 tbsp. coconut butter (or 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. olive oil)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom)
    Pinch of ground ginger
    Pinch of ground cardamom
    1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
    1/2 cup chopped pitted prunes
    1/2 cup chopped apricots
    1/2 cup dried blueberries
