3 green onions (including tops), cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 lb. beef sirloin (or top round steak), cut into thin slices about 1-1/2 inches long*
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half or 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
1-1/2 cups hot cooked brown rice
