Ingredients

    .5 cup beef stock
    .75 cup orange juice (any style you like)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    .25 cup water
    2 Tbls. cornstarch
    4 Tbls. apricot preserves
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1 T. butter to finish
