    1/4 cup basil pesto
    Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
    Assorted fresh vegetables; such as: 3 Carrots (cut into 1" strips), 3 Celery (cut into 1" chunks), 2 unpeeled Burpless cucumbers, (quartered and cut into 1" spears), green and bell peppers (cut into strips) and 1 cup sugar snap peas.
