Ingredients
- 1-2 avocados, 1mango, large grain sea salt to taste, cilantro, cayenne, red and sweet onion, clove of garlic,squeez(es) of fresh lime, optional sweet bell pepper, cucumbers, and/or radishes, tiny bit of fresh ginger, red pepper flakes- mash it all together in a bowl...I like this with homemade white corn tortilla chips cooked with lime and cayenne in olive or grapeseed oil, and sprinkled with queso fresco or cojita-unless you're vegan-then no queso or cojita for you. This recipe serves 2.
