Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

    4 medium-sized apples, chopped into 1/2-inch chunks
    1 stalk celery, minced
    1/4 cup (packed) raisins (dark or golden)
    1 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted

    Optional Ingredients (not included in nutritional info):
    - lemon wedges (to squeeze over each serving)
    - 1 tbsp honey / maple syrup
    - sour cream (instead of mayonnaise and/or yogurt)
    - diced chicken
    - 1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
    - 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed (combine into yogurt-mayo mixture)
    - orange/tangerine sections (garnish)
    - pecans/almonds (instead of walnuts)
    - diced or thinly sliced carrot
    - other dried fruit (instead of raisins); or can use mix of black and golden raisins
