Seafood Burgers

Ingredients

    1/2 lb raw small salad shrimp
    6 oz (drained weight) lump crabmeat
    1 small rib celery, from the heart, with greens, finely chopped
    3 scallions, finely chopped
    1/2 small red bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    handful - parsley leaves, chopped
    1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
    1/2 teasp chili powder
    zest of 1 lemon
    salt & freshly ground black peoppler
    2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
    4 plain or sourdough english muffins
    butter (for spreading)
    lemon wedges (for squeezing)
    4 leaves Boston lettuce or leaf letuce
    1/2 cup spicy cocktail sauce
