1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Oregano, ground
1 tsp Thyme, ground
1/12th tsp crushed red chili peppers (a small pinch)
1 tsp ground Pepper (any color)
2 cups Potatoes, diced
1 can Tuna in water (including juice)
1/2 cup diced Clams (canned including juice are fine)
8 oz baby Scallops
8 oz Salmon
1/4 c minced Parsley
1/2 c green onion scallions, finely diced
1 Lg 12 oz can non-fat evaporated Milk
1 12 oz can corn (rinsed)
