Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh okra
1 T olive oil
3/4 lb lamb shoulder, coarsely ground
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 t ground coriander or 2 t coriander seed
salt & pepper to taste
1 c water
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1/2 to 3/4c lemon juice [adjust to taste - can be really strong!]
