    1 cup Milk
    1/2 cup mayonnaise (light, regular or calorie wise)
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tbsp prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp dried thyme
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
