    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) (drained well)
    Beans, black, 1 cup (drained well)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Flour Tortillas, 4 tortilla (approx 10" dia)
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 1 cup
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1 cup

    ALSO NEED MEXICAN SEASONING:

    1/2 tbsp ground chipotle
    1/2 tbsp oregano
    1/4 tbsp cumin
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    1/4 tbsp onion powder
    good sized pinch of cinnamon
