Roasted Fennel and Orange Tilapia

Ingredients

FOR THE FISH
2 tablespoons honey
Zest of 1 orange
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
4 6-ounce tilapia fillets
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cod, Halibut, Or Another Flaky White Fish May Be Substituted For The Tilapia. Adjust Roasting Time Based On The Thickness Of The Fillets.
