  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped unsalted pistachios
