- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Finely shredded zest of 1 orange
- Finely shredded zest of 1 lemon
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup dark rum such as Myers
