Ingredients
- Black Russian Cake
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 large box INSTANT chocolate pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- cup vodka
- cup water
- cup Kahlua
- cup sugar
- Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour (I use Bakers Joy) a bundt pan (what is a
- bundt?)
- Beat above ingredients until smooth.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cake cool slightly (10 minutes) and remove from pan.
- Glaze:
- cup Kahlua (maybe I used cup!)
- cup powdered sugar
- Punch cake surface with large wooden pick or fork. Brush (pour) glaze on cake.
