Black Russian Cake

Ingredients

  • Black Russian Cake
  • Cake:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 large box INSTANT chocolate pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • cup vodka
  • cup water
  • cup Kahlua
  • cup sugar
  • Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour (I use Bakers Joy) a bundt pan (what is a
  • bundt?)
  • Beat above ingredients until smooth.
  • Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Let cake cool slightly (10 minutes) and remove from pan.
  • Glaze:
  • cup Kahlua (maybe I used cup!)
  • cup powdered sugar
  • Punch cake surface with large wooden pick or fork. Brush (pour) glaze on cake.
