    1 Box Spice Cake mix
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup water
    2 eggs
    4 tablespoons Kahlua
    1 small box fat free sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
    10 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled

    Filling:
    1 8oz tub lite cool whip, thawed
    1 small box fat free sugar free white chocolate instant pudding mix
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
    app. 2tsp maple extract, to taste
    7 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled

    Topping:
    3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

    Glaze:
    3/4 cup powdered sugar
    1 oz Kahlua
    1 tbsp light butter, melted

I Came Up With These For My Husband And His Coworkers. They Love Bacon In Sweets! Its My Take On Whoopie Pies, Cutting Each Cookie In Half Instead Of Doubling Them Up.
