  • Spice mixture:
  • 3/4 teaspoons (generous) coriander seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon (generous) fennel seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon (generous) cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon (generous) whole black peppercorns
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon (scant) cardamom seeds
