- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
