  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon light or dark rum
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 (10-ounce) packages frozen tart shells*
  • Whipped cream
