- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch strips

- 3 cups trimmed watercress (about 2 bunches)
- 1 large cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded, and chopped
