  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
