  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Toasts:
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 8 (1/4-inch-thick) slices diagonally cut French bread baguette, toasted (about 2 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

  • Remaining ingredient:
  • 8 teaspoons plain low-fat yogurt
