  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1/2 cup brown rice
  • 2 3/4 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry or water
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
