Tomatoes:- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as a combination of oregano, basil, and parsley)
- Sea salt or kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Minced cilantro (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
