- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt-free Cajun seasoning
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 6 ounces pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
- 3/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
