  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt-free Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 ounces pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
