  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh blackberries or blueberries
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 4 nectarines, each peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
