***For BROWNIES layers: 1 packet Chocolate Cake mix powder 6 tbsp dark unsweetened Cocoa cups cup Butter, melted cup+ 2 tbsp water cup (or 1 small can 170ml) evaporated milk (Carnation or Rainbow) 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped ***for FILLING: 200-250 gm cooking chocolate, coarsely chopped 1 can (397ml) sweetened condensed milk (cooked, un-opened, in boiling water over low heat for 2 hrs) ***for Caramel sauce: cup sugar+ 1 tsp water+ 1 cup whipping cream ***for Chocolate sauce: cup Dark unsweetened Cocoa+ 40gm butter+ cup icing Sugar+ 1 tsp vanilla extract+ 3-4 tbsp milk ***Vanilla ice cream for serving ***Walnuts coarsely chopped for topping

Description

First, Make Sure You Prepared The Toffee In Advance, By Cooking The Sweetened Condensed Milk Tin, NOT OPENED, In Boiling Water Over Low Heat For 2 Hours. Set Aside To Cool For 15-20 Minutes Before Opening. Make Sure Water DOES NOT EVAPORATE Till The End.
