Meat 2 duck legs separated into drumsticks and thighs 500 g Pork Belly skin separated from the meat Bean stock ½ Onion ½ bulb Garlic fresh Thyme fresh Rosemary 1 whole carrot peeled 300 g dried haricot beans soaked overnight Cassoulet 5 tablespoons duck fat 2 large carrots peeled and diced 3 vine Tomatoes finely chopped 2 Onions diced 3 Cloves Garlic chopped 4 Toulouse Sausages 8 Slices bread crumbed

Description

Meat Preheat The Oven To 160°C / 300°F / Gas Mark 2. Place The Duck Legs On A Baking Tray And Roast In The Oven For 1½ Hours.
