- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
