1 Tbsp. snipped fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dried sage, crushed
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 medium Granny Smith apples, cut into thin wedges
1 20- to 24-oz. pkg. frozen cheese-filled ravioli
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
Snipped fresh sage (optional)
