4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchtel)
2 teaspoons finely shredded lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons reduced-sugar strawberry preserves
Fresh strawberries
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)
