Ingredients

Croutons:
1 cup bread cubes (1 inch square)
1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced
Olive oil, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Dressing:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch chili flakes
2 tablespoons sugar

Salad:
1/4 cup (1 ounce) Wisconsin Pepato cheese
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup red onion, julienne thinly
2 tablespoons green olives, pitted and cut in half
2 tablespoons black olives
