Tandoori lamb salad

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces lamb loin fillet, about 150g each or 4 larger pieces, trimmed of sinew
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 mango
  • small bunch coriander , chopped
  • small bunch mint , chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil , a toasted variety has more flavour
  • olive oil , for dressing salad
  • 6 handfuls salad leaves
