- 1 dried red chilli or 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
- 2.0 tbsp olive oil
- 50.0g butter
- 1 medium onion , chopped
- 225.0g basmati rice
- 600.0ml fish stock or water
- 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 4 eggs
