Ingredients

  • 1 onion , cut into wedges
  • 800.0g carrots , peeled and roughly chopped
  • butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1.0 tsp runny honey
  • 2.0l vegetable or chicken stock
  • 200.0ml crème fraîche
  • 4.0 tbsp chopped mint , basil and chervil (use any one or a mix of 2 or 3)
