• 225.0g light muscovado sugar
• 250.0g butter , softened
• 225.0g plain flour
• 1.0 tsp ground ginger
• ¼ of a whole nutmeg , grated
• 1.0 tsp cinnamon
• 1.0 tbsp vanilla extract
• 100.0g whole blanched almonds
• 4 eggs
• 1 orange , zested
