  • 1 onion , finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 celery stick, chopped
  • 140.0g mixed basmati and wild rice (we like Tilda)
  • 140.0g cooked chestnuts , roughly chopped
  • 50.0g fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 300.0ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp clear honey
