  • 500.0g box sea salt flakes (you won't need the whole box)
  • 200.0ml red wine vinegar
  • 500.0ml bottle light olive oil
  • 3.0 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2.0 tsp black peppercorns
  • 200.0g pack feta cheese
