- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
- 2 pkt Silken extra-hard Mori-Nu tofu, cubed
- 2 tsp Garam masala (available in Indian markets)
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, fresh, minced
