- 1/2 x green bell pepper cut into wedges
- 1 sm onion quartered
- 1 x dry chili pepper seeded and minced
- 1 lrg garlic clove finely sliced
- 2 tsp finely-sliced fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Shaoxing rice wine or possibly dry sherry
